MY STORY
You might be here to find out more about me, but before I share more about all the wins and accomplishments on my resume, I'd really like you to get to know the real me, behind the marketing. Because if you're here, chances are you're the kind of person who likes to dive deeper.
And my journey was anything but polished. In fact, it was downright messy.
I was a socially awkward kid who learned that if I wanted to succeed, I just needed to keep my head down, work hard, and everything would work out.
And at 30 years old, I lost it all. My business crashed. I broke up with the person I thought I'd marry. And I was so anxious and overwhelmed that I thought my life might as well be over.
It was the darkest time of my life. Yet on the surface, my resume had never looked better. Everything changed when I learned one simple truth:Â The path to actual success has to come from looking within.
I started looking at my patterns— the ways I was focusing on the wrong things, trying to work harder but feeling constantly stuck.
Through my work with Asian American clients from Fortune 500 companies and top schools, I began to see how my struggles weren't just personal—they were patterns I recognized in others who looked like me.
We were all over-functioning, over-performing, yet under-recognized. Taking on extra work to prove ourselves, being told we lacked undefined leadership qualities, feeling like we weren't measuring up even when our performance was more than competent.
I realized the rules can be different for people like us. We face different challenges, different expectations—not just from the workplace, but in our communities, families, and even within ourselves.
And it led me here.
Now, my work has reached The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, billboards in Times Square, as well as over 250,000 followers with over 25 million views.
Just like you, I believe we're all masterpieces in progress. Imperfectly perfect, and exactly where we need to be in this moment.
That breakdown at 30 became my breakthrough—not just personally, but professionally. It taught me that real success isn't about perfecting an image or meeting everyone else's expectations; it's about having the courage to show up authentically, even when it's uncomfortable.
Now, whether I'm speaking to executives about authentic leadership or helping individuals break through their own limiting patterns, my mission is simple: to help others skip the decades I spent trying to be someone else and instead build success from the inside out.
Because your story—with all its plot twists and imperfect chapters—isn't something to hide.
It's what makes you shine brighter than ever.
